The certification registry is the public index of explicitly published certification surfaces

Each entry represents a GAFAIG certification surface that an organization has chosen to publish. Private governance data, evidence, findings, scoring internals, reviewer materials, and governance telemetry are not exposed in the public registry.

Public certification surfaces are projection-only public governance trust surfaces. Public trust is not recomputed in the UI. Verification depends on the canonical verify endpoint, exact proof.messageString payload, signature, and GAFAIG public key.
